    1. Scientific Requirements
    • The article must be the original research result of the author(s) and must not be extracted from other sources without proper citation.
    • Use of scientific research methods and credible sources is mandatory.
    • Only scientific–research articles are accepted; review, translated, or compilation articles are not accepted.
    1. Article Evaluation Process
    1. Articles are first submitted through the journal system.
    2. The executive manager presents the article to the editorial board.
    3. If it passes initial screening, the article is sent to 2–3 reviewers.
    4. After receiving reviewers’ feedback, the editorial board communicates the results. If revisions are needed, comments are sent to the author.
    5. Minimum initial review time: 2 weeks. Peer review duration: at least 2 months.
    1. Initial Acceptance Requirements
    1. The article must follow the journal’s formatting guidelines.
    2. Articles derived from theses must have the advisor’s approval.
    3. The order of authors, corresponding author, and institutional affiliations must be clearly indicated and cannot be changed later.
    4. The author must guarantee the article is not simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
    5. The article must not have been previously published or presented.
    6. Publication and review fees:
      • 2,000,000 IRR for peer review (submission to reviewers)
      • 4,000,000 IRR for editing and publication (after acceptance)
    7. Submitted articles will not be returned.
    8. The author(s) are fully responsible for the content of the article.
    9. For articles using special fonts (e.g., transcription), the font file and PDF must be submitted.
    10. Submission of a detailed abstract before acceptance is required.
    1. Writing and Submission Guidelines
    • The main article file must not include author information; author details are submitted in a separate file.
    • The article must have a clear scientific structure.
    • Article format:
      1. Title: Page 1, line 4, B Titr font, size 12, centered
      2. Persian abstract: 150–250 words, B Nazanin font, size 11, with 4–8 alphabetical keywords
      3. Main text: 5,000–7,500 words, B Nazanin font, size 12
      4. Footnotes at the bottom of each page
      5. In-text citation: (Last name, Year: Page)
      6. English equivalents of proper nouns, Latin terms, and foreign compounds in footnotes
      7. Conclusion: maximum 2–3 paragraphs
      8. References: alphabetical order, specific formatting for books and articles
      9. English abstract: Times New Roman, size 11, same keywords as Persian abstract
    • Page layout:
      • A4 paper, 4 cm margins on all sides
      • Poems must be typed in tables
      • Tables and charts must fit the page; Excel files should be submitted for charts
      • Words must be spaced correctly; punctuation marks attached to the preceding word
      • Orthography must follow the Academy of Persian Language and Literature guidelines
